Hotel Slavia is a hotel that can look back at more than one hundred years of tradition. The wing erected In thestyle of Historism comes from 1873 and ín 1902 the hotel was extended by a new wing in the Art Nouveau style, designed by Antonin Blazek, a considerably renowned architect.

Slavia soon became one of the most frequented Czech hotels in the town. Between 1983 - 1987, the complex underwent extensive reconstrudion and modernisation.
