Hotel Penzion Onyx is a family run, traditional, English Country Inn style, bed and breakfast.

The owners of the pension, Peter and Daniela are English and Czech, so they can provide a unique blend of Czech and English hospitality, with a high standard of room coupled with an extensive breakfast buffet.

Hotel Penzion Onyx is situated on the edge of Cesky Krumlov old town just 10 minutes walk from the historical centre. We offer a peaceful haven from the hustle and bustle of this beautiful medieval town.

Rooms and Accommodation

There are 6 double rooms, and an apartment for 4 people. There is the option for up to seven extra beds, two in the apartment, two in a large double room, and one in each of three other doubles. There is a total of 23 beds.

Also available is a new ground floor, self contained, studio flat, with garden, about 1 km from the Penzion. We can provide breakfast either in the flat or with us in the Penzion.

How To Get To Us

By Car

From the direction of Prague/České Budějovice

After entering Český Krumlov, turn right at the second roundabout into Na Svahu. We are on the left after 70 metres.
From the direction of Linz/Kaplice and Germany/Lipno

After entering Cesky Krumlov, follow signs towards Ceske Budejovice. At the first roundabout turn left into Na Svahu. We are on the left after 70 metres.

By Train

Leave Cesky Krumlov train station to the right. At the level crossing turn left into Trida miru. After about 250 metres turn left into Na Svahu. We are on the right just before the bottom of the hill.

By Bus

Leave the bus station to the left. At the petrol station/road junction continue straight on. After crossing the river turn right at the traffic lights in the direction of České Budějovice. Go up the hill to the roundabout and turn left into Na Svahu. We are on the left after 70 metres.
