Prague Intro

A past both glorious and tragic, a present of change and transition. Taking in all of the principal (and some of the hidden) sights, this walk is an interactive history lesson in which the buildings, monuments, streets and personalities of Prague tell the captivating story of a city through time: The historical development of the Old Town-The establishment of the New Town in 1348-Prague as a Gothic metropolis and medieval centre of learning-Jan Hus and the 15th century Hussite wars-Spectacular views of Prague Castle and the Lesser Quarter-The Charles Bridge-Wenceslas Square, the National Theatre and National Museums as symbols of Czech identity-The Nazi occupation and the Communist coup of 1948-Vaclav Havel & the Velvet Revolution-Prague: 12 years later, the mixed feelings of the Czech population.

We request for payment of our services in advance when the customer meets our guide as we want you to feel comfortable with the person taking care of you and on the other hand, certain packages require a dress code to be respected.
