The Franz Kafka Walk
A provocative analysis of the life and work of 'the founding father of the twentieth century'. A troubled and enigmatic genius, he was born, brought up, lived and worked in the Old Town. Retracing his footsteps, we consider the powerful influence that this city had upon his development: An outline of Kafka's writing and the identity of his key characters-Kafka and his troubled relationship with his despotic father-Prague and it's demonic hold over Kafka-His childhood and school experiences-University and life in the office-Kafka's exposure to an overwhelming and bureaucratic working environment-Prague at the turn of the century: Czech nationalism and the difficulties for Kafka as a German speaking Jew.

We request for payment of our services in advance when the customer meets our guide as we want you to feel comfortable with the person taking care of you and on the other hand, certain packages require a dress code to be respected.
