Ghostly Prague

Ghostly Prague

You can leisurely and safely enjoy your safe visit to Prague in daylight, but in the evening, especially around midnight, be careful - for surprises can meet you around each corner! After night falls, Prague's ghosts and spirits run amok in the streets, and if you are not careful, you could find yourself face-to-face with the Headless Horsemen, or other legendary apparitions.

As we walk quietly (and maybe quickly) through dark streets, you will hear the myths and the spine-tingling stories that are connected with the skeleton on the Old Town Square Astrological Clock, the elves from the old Burgrave House, the drowning of dishonest shopkeepers, the enchanted policeman, the headsman's sword, and more.

The cautious visitor will waste little time wondering how much truth there is in these ghostly stories, but will rather avoid these dangerous places altogether after midnight... However, do not be afraid, we'll give you advise in a pub at the end of the tour on how to protect yourself against them!

'Prague is an ever-changing, unexpected, charming, and always surprising city. While much is visible and a tour offers interesting sights, much more is hidden. If I search for one word to express mystery, I find the best one is – Prague!' Says A.M. Ripellino, one of those forever captivated.
