On the banks of the Vltava just one year after “the 100 year flood� Roman Reznicek created once again an architectural and culinary masterpiece. Combining architectural spaces and magnificent scenery with innovative cuisine, Sovovy Mlyny offers its patrons with a multi sensual and cultural experience, equal to none in Prague and rivals the finest establishments throughout Europe and perhaps the world.
The aim of this facility was to rejuvenate the Czech culinary Arts and to offer a venue for international artists to show case there work. Mr. Rezik has brought about a “Czech culinary renaissance� combining traditional Czech cuisine with the innovative concepts of the internationally award winning Chef Pavel Sapik.
Later , the laboratory was converted into a beautiful restaurant furbished in the period style with the seating capacity of 60. Since its launching, it has become a well-known haven for lovers of good food and wine.
This exquisite dinning environment is also available for any event and has on hand internationally experienced party planners to help with any of its patron’s needs and questions.
