Unfortunatelly there was no time to do that on Sunday (we had train at 10.00 am.).
Apartament nr 1 was very cosy and nice (except very noisy heating maschine;)).

We can assure You that one day we come back with friends to Prague for longer period and of course we choose Prague-Holiday:)).

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in
organising our amazing trip to Prague.

We couldn't have asked for better service. The taxi was cheaper than
expected and the driver both friendly and helpful. He made our arrival that
little bit easier and more comfortable.

Prague is extremely beautiful and the evening at Cafe Dinitz was one I'd
recommend to even a local to the area like yourself. Food and drink both
excellant and the prices were very reasonable.

I'm pleased to say that my partner was more than happy with his Birthday
surprise and we are even considering returning for our main holiday this
year at the end of September. I'd recommend also the La Boutique Hotel (the
old berlin) as the staff, food and accomodation were second to none.

If we decide to return then I will be in touch in the not so distant
future,but up unitl then - many thanks again. Please forward this to your
supervisor because you deserve to be praised for your hard work and efforts
- without your help the trip wouldn't have been as enjoyable.

Prague on 15th July, to find that we had booked the 3 Drums Hotel for
August by mistake. It was a relief to us to have you sort this problem out
so quickly and satisfactorily. We were comfortable at the Clementin Hotel
and had a pleasant stay in Prague.

I think it is really good that the directors of the film can give direct
feedback to viewers comments etc. I have a few friends who study Film &
Media and who are about to make their final year film. I am hoping to be able to
get my hands on a copy of the DVD. I had hoped to find a copy in Praha but
unfortunately could only find it on VHS.

I had not realised that it was your brother who owns Prague Holiday. It
was unexpected to get both a transfer from the airport to the appartment and
from the appartment to the airport on the way back. I think we must have had
the "nicest" appartment - very spacious and we had a large balcony and the
jacuzzi in the bathroom which we used to our advantage. It was nice and
relaxing to have a bath with water jets after a hard days walking around the city.

On arrival we were asked to come back to the office on the Saturday
morning to confirm our flight time on the Monday and also to receive "presents".
Still unsure what "presents" meant. At first we thought it may just have
meant soaps for the bathroom or maybe a bowl of fruit but nothing appeared.
Maybe it was a linguistic misunderstanding.

The appartment was really clean. We would perhaps have preferred to have a
double bed as opposed to the twin arrangement. The only other minor
complaint would be the noise coming from the boiler. I did not sleep well during the
first and second nights as it was very loud. However as I said it was
minor. We chose not to use the self catering facilities as we wanted to try the real
Czech cuisine and for us eating out was a cheap option.

it is hard to give advice on how to spend a weekend in Prague we did not
have enough time to see the things we wanted to. Going the weekend before
Christmas was ideal to view the markets. I tried the mulled wine and
bought some lovely handmade tree decorations. In one of the shopping centres we found
some nice clay items made by children for a childrens charity. As I am about to
begin to learn Czech I was interested in finding a few CDs in the
language. We walked around the old and new town taking pictures of the magnificent
architecture. We went over Charles' Bridge and over the other side found a
lovely bar restaraunt (3+3+3) and ate and had a beer after which took the tram to
the Staropramen brewery. Unfortunately it was either closed or we just
couldn't find the entrance. However we enjoyed sitting in the attached bar. We then
got lost on the tram and got to the nearest metro and continued walking in the
city centre.

We bought some lovely presents from a wooden craft sspeicalist and also
from the glassware shop - BLUE.

The next time we are able to come to Prague we would like to see th
castle, go to Pitrin Hill and explore the jewish quarter and get to a brewery!

I hope this helps but we did not strictly plan this holiday. We wanted to
relax, see the city, buy christmas presents and enjoy the beer and the
food.

We returned from Prague last week, and I would like to thank you for helping us have a great holiday (especially your employee Peter - he was very kind and helpful). We enjoyed the 2 apartments that we rented - they were very comfortable and in a great location for visiting the city. We especially appreciated the free internet in the apartments; we weren't expecting this amenity, so it was a great bonus and we used it frequently during our stay.

We would definitely stay in your apartments again should we visit Prague in the future, and we will definitely recommend your service to our friends.

I could not have wished for a better travelling experience. As you know I
had 5 other people with me and I felt responsible for their enjoyment as
well as my own. Your professionalism made me feel that I had a 'friend' in
Prague.

The apartments were excellent, your staff could not have been more helpful
and our whole experience will almost certainly bring us back. Any of the
problems that can always pop up were dealt with in a truely professional
way. [including traffic accidents!!]

I will certainly be making every effort to make sure that anyone I know who
is thinking of travelling to Prague gets in touch with you, as they will be
dealing with a professional team who will make their visit one they can't
wait to repeat.

I want tot take the opportunity to thank all of you in helping to make my
trip to Prague a very pleasant one. I rented the Principe 1 apartment
between November 12 & 20.

All of the staff were very helpful when I came to the office The pickup and
delivery from the airport went very well. You provided me with the CD
player I requested. The apartment was clean, pleasant and well-located.
Having internet access in the apartment was great.

My criticisms are small. The kitchen was adequate but could have used some
more utensils and cookware. I bought several items at Tesco that I left for
the next renter including two metal bowls, a cutting board and grater. A
slightly better equipped kitchen would have been an asset. Bottle/wine
opener, etc.

My only other criticism is that the bathtub caulking had failed between the
wall and the tub. Water that hit this seam went onto the floor. This could
be solved with a simple re-caulking with very little expense and time.

Thank you again for pleasant stay. I will recommend your service to anyone
I know that will visit Prague.

many thanks for the airport transfer that you arranged for us 18th and 21st November. Vincent our driver, whilst with limited English, was very friendly, polite and punctual and gave us a little guided commentary on our way. He had a job on the Monday to get us to the airport through the heavy traffic but went out of his way to avoid the congestion and get us there.

Your patience with my numerous questions was very kind. We will recommend your service to friends who may be travelling to Prague in the future. A lovely weekend, stress free transfer, thank you.
