Hotel Kolonada Karlovy Vary : Prague Holiday

Location

Hotel Kolonada was converted from four neighbouring spa houses in year 1997. It now serves both patients at the spas and other visitors to Karlovy Vary. This first class, excellently equipped hotel offers typical, but high standard services. The hotel has at its disposition two restaurants, balneological facilities, a sauna, a solarium, a cosmetic salon, a hairdresser’s, a swimming pool, among others. We hope that our services provide both domestic and foreign tourists with everything that they need so that they feel good in our town and want to come back.

Rooms and Accommodation

The current capacity of the hotel is 162 rooms. Out of these as a novelty we are introducing four suites with a Jacuzzi, eleven managerial rooms, one presidential apartment and one so called 'children's suite' which is designed for families with young children. We have designated non-smoking rooms, and a part of the restaurant is solely for non-smokers as part of the so-called 'Courtesyof Choice' program which sets to create good relations between smokers and non-smokers. Pets are permitted to stay at the hotel on the condition that they do not disturb or in any way vex other guests. All entrances to the hotel and interior spaces are suitable for wheelchair access.

Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant

This establishment was the original of a long chain of restaurants bearing this name. You can expect an exceptional atmosphere based on the spirit of the old Czech pub. This restaurant serves characteristically good Czech cuisine and perfect beer from Plzen - 'PilsnerUrquell'. And it naturally offers a selection of diet and vegetarian foods. The opening hours of the restaurant are from 11 amto 11 pm.

Buffet breakfasts

A part of the restaurant is set aside for spa users who are on a special diet. Otherwise the space provides cafe and restaurant services. Not only in this pleasant atmosphere can with a beautiful view can we provide you with excellent coffee, but also with tasty homemade cakes and pastries. Open from 11 am to 11 pm.

Lobby Bar

One of the first things a hotel guest will encounter is the Lobby Bar. Whilst you are briefly waiting for various procedures such as reception service, whether you are on business or on holiday the Lobby Bar will cater for you. Various drinks can be bought here, coffee, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, snacks and sandwiches. The opening hours of the Lobby Bar are from 10 am to 1 am.
