HOTEL KLAROV**** „Hotel with a view“ Hotel Klarov is situated in a beautiful secession house originating from the XVIII. century, which belongs to the UNESCO protected locality, in the very heart of Prague. Above the hotel entrance is you can see the Saint-Maria-Immaculata statue standing on the globe and with a golden aureola around her head. The house disposes with an elevator and a wide staircase leading to singular floors. All rooms have original high ceilings and renovated wooden cassette-doors. You can enjoy a breathtaking view out of two-winged wooden windows: from the frontal part of the hotel onto the square Klarov and the Lesser Town with its dominant sight – the Prague Castle, from the rear part onto the Vltava river and the Government Seat garden area. Hotel Klarov has got an outstanding position on the Lesser Town (Malá Strana in Czech), barely 150 meters from the romantic Old Castle Steps through which you will reach the Prague Castle in 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes you also will be able to reach the famous Charles bridge while passing the Franz Kafka Museum and lots of pitoresque Czech cafés and restaurants. On your way to the Old town square you will cross the Vltava river over a bridge, then pass the famous concert hall Rudolfinum and the Jewish cemetery and in 10-15 minutes you will already admire the Astronomical clock. We recommand you to order a pick-up by us in advance. • Public transport: Near the exit from the arrival hall you will find a bus stop of no. 119 which will take you to the subway station „Dejvická“. This metro stop is also situated on the line A. Continue by subway just two stops and get off on „Malostranská“, where our hotel is placed on the square Klárov. The route takes about 20 minutes. After leaving the subway area, cross the road towards a park with a row of secession houses on its further side. Hotel Klarov is the only house with a statue above its entrance door. From the main train station: • Taxi: The ride takes approximately 15 minutes and costs about 17 €. We recommand you to order a pick-up by us in advance. • Public transport: Just within the railway station area is situated the subway stop „Hlavní nádraží“ (line C). From here take one stop to „Muzeum“, where you have to change to line A and by it continue 3 stops to „Malostranská“ to get off there. The journey takes about 20 minutes. On the square in front of hotel Klarov there is placed a tram stop with a day as well as a night traffic. As a day traffic count time between 05:00 and 24:30, night trams work between 24:00 and 6:00.
