The Gondola Hotel, formerly known as the Rosso Hotel, has been redesigned recently by its new owner, Lukrecius plc. The number of rooms has increased to 14 with the overall capacity of 26 guests.

Rooms and Accommodation

Each room is equipped with air conditioning with individual settings with a control panel in the room. As a standard, in each room there is a cable TV, fridge with a room bar, and direct international phone connection. In all the rooms there are burst-transmission internet attachments run "on the house" - i.e. the guests use it for free. The security of individual rooms is watched over by the WingCard access system.

Each room has its own bathroom with a shower box; Rooms 1, 2, 5 a 13, there are bathtubs installed. Apart from quality cosmetics, you may find a safe-to-use hair dryer in each bathroom.

Corresponding to their dispositions and equipment, the rooms are divided in two categories: eight double and one single First Class rooms are situated on the first floor, while on the ground floor there are four spacious double First Class Business rooms, plus one single wheelchair-accessible room of the same category. Rooms 1 to 4 are equipped with safety lockers capable of housing a standard-size laptop.

The reconstruction of the rooms was carried out by a renowned design studio Architekt Ltd under its owner Mr. Lubos Kourim. The assignment from the hotel owner was plain yet complex: to create a cosy room style that would remind of a home living room and, at the same time, would point out the history, tradition and specifics of the place where the hotel is located. Whether this high target has been reached, you may judge by your own experience visiting our hotel.
