Maze Restaurant

The renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, currently holding ten Michelin - stars, makes his Prague debut with the opening of Maze at Hilton Prague Old Town. The restaurant offers a casual dining experience for guests, with seating for 138, alongside a cocktail bar that will serve up to 71 people. Modeled on the concept of Gordon Ramsay's latest British restaurant, Maze, the restaurant offers a menu of signature tasting dishes. Guests of the hotel will also be able to order from a special in room dining menu created by Gordon and his team. Jason Atherton of Maze London will oversee the standards of service and the creation of the menu.

Phillip Carmichael will serve as Head chef, who had previously worked under Jason Atherton for two and a half years
