TAXI
Taking a taxi is convenient way to get to your destination, but also the
most expensive and with the most potential for you to get ripped off (taxi
drivers same as the transportation company which stands in front of arrivalshas quite a bad reputation).
If you would like to take a taxi from the
airport, either arrange it beforehand to be picked up or call a taxi by
phone at arrival. If you have to get into a random taxi that's parked at the
airport terminal, confirm the price with the driver before you get in. A
ride from the Prague airport to a destination in the center should costaround 550-800 CZK.
It is always better to call a radiotaxi even if you are
in Prague as it is always better and mostly cheaper than to catch the taxi
on the street.
